It is with deep sadness we announce the recent death of
Linda the proprietor and driving force behind Cosy Wren. She lost her 12-year battle with cancer on the 4th of August.

The family and friends would like to thank all the staff the Christies and Macclesfield General Hospital for doing their outmost for Linda over the years.

My special thanks go to the staff on Ward 11 who did all they could to make her final hours with her family as comfortable as possible.

We would also like to thank everyone over the years who
helped make her childhood dream of having her own little shop to play in come true by enjoying the cosy little nest she built for herself in Macclesfield
Grosvenor Centre. Even if they did occasionally annoy her by insisting on buying the pretty things from her just finished lovely displays.

We will all remember and cherish her joy and passion in being lucky enough to be having fun working in the place she so loved. To join two of
her favourite mantras "Keep the Faith and Shop Local".
