You gotta take care of yourself!
I love Christmas. Loads of people do so it always takes me aback when my friends say that they don't. Actually when we've talked about this it's usually because they feel that they have to live up to some ideal. The perfect Christmas lunch or having a wonderful time laughing all day long. My ideal Christmas is to do whatever it is in the world that you really most want to do. Whether it's beans on toast, having a good cry (try it's a wonderful life!) or just snoozing on the sofa. Why put yourself under all that stress? Treat yourself. I have lots of food that I can chuck into the oven, chocolate for breakfast and a prosecco around 10am! Hence the snooze later! Take care of yourself. Do whatever takes your fancy and makes you happy! x
